"Our Coffee Collection"

The Premium line is processed in Pitalito, at an altitude of 1550 meters above sea level. The grains are gathered from the Caturo variety. After being picked from the tree, the grain is left to ferment for a few hours. It later undergoes a washing process and drying process in which it directly receives sunlight to dry. The line has citric notes, a slight chocolate flavor, and it has medium acidity.

 

The Supreme coffee is processed in Pitalito, at an elevation 1550 meters above sea level. This unique line is derived from the Caturro variety. After the grain is picked from the tree it is let to ferment to add more flavor. Then it is washed and let to ferment again. When left to dry, it is not entirely exposed to the sun which allows for a unique and traditional flavor. The supreme line has low to medium acidity and sweet citrusy notes with a soft chocolate aftertaste. 

This Golden line comes from Bordon Rosado, one of the rarest coffee varieties. It is cultivated on a small piece of land located over 1600 m.s.o under extremely delicate care. Once the grain is picked from the tree, it is left to ferment to add. After that, it is washed and fermented again. Similar to other high quality varieties, its drying process prevents the grain from being completely exposed to sunlight. It tastes like sweet caramel and is low acidity. Its specific flavor makes this coffee unique with a delicious aroma.

The bronze line processed at an elevation of 1650 meters above sea level. It is derived from borbon rosado, one of the rarest and most prestigious coffee plants. The plant is cultivated in a small extension of land for better care of improved and careful maintenance. Its grain dries inside the shell, which can take up to three times the regular drying time, to allow for the adequate care of the grain. Its meticulous process gives the coffee chocolate, honey, nutty and floral notes. In addition to an excellent sweet citrus aroma.

The silver line is processed 1700 meters above sea level. It is derived from one of the finest coffee varieties, named Geicha. Once picked from the plant, the grain has a short fermentation process before being washed. It has fine aromatic, floral notes and has low to medium acidity. The grower’s experience in national coffee quality contests is excellent.

The organic line is processed in Anolaima, a region in central Colombia. The farm that cultivates it is certified as an organic facility. The organic line is derived from Catura and Castilla plants. The grain is fermented in cans where the levels of temperature and oxygen are directly controlled. It has a vanilla and plum fragrance, along with a red fruit flavor and medium acidity.
